"Easy return and quick refund"
I ended up sending one item back, and I was kind of expecting it to be a hassle, because returns usually are. But this was actually really simple, and the refund showed up quickly too. I feel like 5 stars is fair here since the whole thing went smoother than I thought it would.

They usually seem to have most of what I need in stock, which is nice. I do kind of wish some of the sold-out shades would come back a little faster, but overall it’s been reliable for me

I had a missing item in my order, which was frustrating because I obviously wanted what I paid for. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me the next day. It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but they were nice about it and ended up sorting everything out for me.

I ordered a face cream from avon.com, my skin didn’t “freak out” like it usually does. No itching, no random dry patches, just soft and calm skin. Shipping was totally fine too, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Delivery was dependable and fair"
I ordered a few things from AVON and, the delivery was reliable. It showed up when they said it would, which I always appreciate because it’s just decent to keep people in the loop. The tracking wasn’t super detailed, but it gave me enough information to know what was going on. The box arrived in good condition and everything I ordered was there. It did take one day longer than I was hoping, but that wasn’t a big deal overall. Fair experience, and I’d order again

I ordered a few fragrances from avon.com they smell really nice. They’re not overpowering, but they still last on me through the day. One of them even got me a couple compliments at work, which was a nice surprise. I’m happy with the perfumes themselves, but I will say the ordering experience made me feel a bit less confident than I expected. Nothing huge, but enough little things to make me wonder if I’d order again as quickly next time.

I ordered a few makeup and skincare items from avon.com, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The shades were right, nothing was missing, and the invoice matched too, so that was a relief. Shipping did take a little longer than I hoped, but as far as getting the order correct, it was good, really good. I’d order again.
